Refunds of payments

Refunds will only be available for purchases if the entire order is not available. Please note that refunds will only be made through the original payment method.

Claiming a refund for purchases should be made within 12 hours of placing your order and no claim will be available after 12 hours.

In the event of payment by bank transfer, please send a copy of the transfer indicating the account number and the status of the transaction.

Delivery Service

Delivery is free of charge for orders above 599 Saudi riyals inside the Kingdom and outside the Kingdom, shipping fees are calculated

The sender must provide the correct address, the recipient's phone number, and the location (sketch) if possible. We are not responsible for any kind of compensation, if the recipient's address or data is incorrect, or he does not answer the phone.

In the event of an order during holidays or seasons, orders will be processed within 24 hours, so we advise customers to submit their orders 24 hours before the required delivery date.

cancel orders

Please note that all orders are processed on demand, so that we cannot provide a refund for your purchases if they have been opened or have been changed, or if orders were specially made for you.

However, if you wish to delay delivery of your order, please give us two days notice prior to the original delivery date.

If there is a quality problem or if you received the wrong order, please contact us immediately. and describe the problem. Wherever possible please send us a photo, so that we can serve you as well as possible.
